The West Michigan Hawks are a semi-pro football team located in Cedar Springs, Michigan. We represent the Big Eight Division in the Minor League Football Alliance.

The owner has been a passionate football fan his entire life. This team was launched not just to provide the area with a semi-pro football team, but also to help keep Skinner Field alive.

Skinner Field is a historic landmark just outside of downtown Cedar Springs. It is where some developed a love for the game, while some players an addiction to it. It is where the local high school played their games for a number of years. Now, it is where the rocket football players of the town learn to love the gridiron, and community members can enjoy recreation on the field and the track around it. All of these reasons are why the Hawks are giving back to the community. We have negotiated a deal to help produce funds for the non-profit organization Friends Of Skinner Field, or FOSF. So, when you purchase concessions at the home games, know that you are contributing to keeping our new home alive!
